When I look back at the projects we've built over the years, what stays with me isn't the concrete or the numbers — it's the people. The families who found a home, the businesses who found a space to grow, the communities that came together around something we helped create.
That's really why I do this work. Real estate development, done right, is a responsibility. Every site we choose, every design decision we make, every timeline we commit to — it all comes back to the people who will live with that decision long after we've moved on to the next project.
I'm proud of what our team has built so far, from Epic Walk to Epic Mall, but I'm even more proud of how we've built it — with honesty, patience, and a genuine belief that sustainable growth is the only growth worth having.
